ACES EIGHTS GROUP   (AEG)

Organizing Chaos

AEG was born out of the chaos during the fall of Kabul. AEG started as a group of active duty military and veterans with blood and treasure invested in Afghanistan. We didn't start as consultants, we started as a volunteer team helping other Afghan war vets get their allies to the Hamid Karzai International Airport (HKIA). That seemingly simple goal required detailed planning, communication plans, code words, an intelligence node all under our command and control model.  What ensued was a network of subject matter expert teams working with other volunteer groups to turn chaotic situations into success stories.

Three sub-organizations were born from organizing chaos, Heart of an Ace Inc and Ukraine NGO Coordination Network, and, Undaunted Team of Teams (UT2).

Heart of an Ace Inc

Charity Arm of AEG

From August of 2021 through October of 2023, your generosity helped families who were facing starvation and needed urgent medical care. Over 1.5 Million meals were donated, and over $1 Million was used for life saving donations applied directly to foundations that procured, scheduled, and delivered food, and provided shelter and medical and emergency care.

The success of the Afghanistan Humanitarian Aid efforts enabled an unprecedented creation of a massive network of NGOs that extended to Ukraine Coordination.
We are taking those lessons learned and re-focusing on human factors education and service-based team of teams networking. We believe that is the model for success in personal crisis all the way to national crisis or contingency.

Ukraine NGO Coordination Network

C2 node for Ukraine NGO collaboration

UNCN is a network of 60+ NGOs (primarily 501c3s) based on a “team of teams” concept. These NGOs have learned from prior crises, including the evacuation of Afghanistan, that a collaborative effort can achieve results greater than the sum of its parts. UNCN was formed to provide an outward-facing single point of contact for those wishing to assist the NGOs doing the meaningful work on the ground and to centralize resource intake (both financial and non-financial) and deconflict and collaborate operations amongst NGOs..
